White chocolate donuts & cream

Just got back from Christmas 🎄 in NYC !

I finally got in my order of PES white chocolate peppermint protein! (It was on backorder). So I decided to make some fluff with it!

Fluff recipe:

  • 2c ice
  • 1c water
  • 1scoop PES
  • 1/8th tsp guar gum (for creaminess)
  • 1/4tsp xanthan gum (for fluffiness)
  • Blend til thick and creamy!

I used the Lions Choice white chocolate pretzel mix to make some gluten free donuts (this also works as a waffle recipe!)

Donut recipe:

  • 26g white choc pretzel mix
  • 14g coconut flour
  • Enough water to make a batter
  • Cook in donut or waffle maker 4-5min

I also topped this with a mix of cinnamon & stevia to make like a “snickerdoodle” sprinkle :).
