I finally got in my order of PES white chocolate peppermint protein! (It was on backorder). So I decided to make some fluff with it!
- 2c ice
- 1c water
- 1scoop PES
- 1/8th tsp guar gum (for creaminess)
- 1/4tsp xanthan gum (for fluffiness)
- Blend til thick and creamy!
- 26g white choc pretzel mix
- 14g coconut flour
- Enough water to make a batter
- Cook in donut or waffle maker 4-5min
