Chocolate Chip Banana Monkey Bread Donuts

24Calories, 2-ingredient gluten-free donuts with an optional chocolate chip add in because chocolate chips just make it more fun ! I have the macros below for both options :).  These turned out so fluffy & delicious 😋 I’ll definitely be making more of these!

Recipe & Directions:

  • 26g the lions choice banana 🍌 monkey bread 🍞 pancake mix
  • 14g coconut flour
  • (Optional) 15g enjoy life chocolate chips – you can use any type of chip.💞
  • Enough water to make a batter (see pic below) –  a pudding consistency
  • Drop into 6 donut 🍩 crevices of donut maker
  • Cook for approx. 5minutes

So fluffy! And yummy!

So each donut is: 1.8p 3.1c 0.5f (24kcal) 

Macros for all 6 donuts with chocolate chips: 

Toppings: 1tbsp of butterfinger nut butter and a tbsp of Walden farms syrup

And added all this to my PES ice cream:

Ice cream recipe:

  • 2cups ice
  • 1cup water
  • 1scoop PES protein
  • 1/4tsp guar gum
  • 1/2tsp xanthan gum
  • Blend til thick & creamy
