Edible Cookie Dough Shots/Balls – 35kcals each, gluten/egg free, high fiber

I love cookie dough!  This is a 3-ingredient edible gluten-free/egg-free cookie dough recipe, that you can divide up into balls or little shot glasses like I did! 🙂  I also added some “fun” to my recipe with some mini-m&m’s (which are included in the macros). For my vegan friends, this can also be made vegan if you use a vegan protein powder.

Macros for entire Batch (with M&Ms): 30p 39c 16.5f (423kcals) – 12.5 grams fiber!

Macros per ball/shot (approx 1 tbsp size): 2.5p 3.3c 1.4f (35kcals) , and 1g fiber per ball!

RECIPE!

 


Recipe & Directions

  • Mix together the following:
    • 30grams protein powder (I used PES snickerdoodle)
    • 42 grams coconut flour
    • 1 tsp melted coconut oil
    • 3/4 cup of water or unsweetened almond/cashew milk -I used a mix of both – 1/4 cup milk and 1/2cup water (using milk will add a few macros)
    • MIX-INS — you can pick your own- I did mini m&m’s (21grams) 
  • Allow mixture time to harden a little bit by leaving it in the freezer for 10min or fridge for 20-30minutes.
  • pull mixture out of fridge, and portion into TBSP sized balls or shots
  • enjoy!! keep extras refrigerated or frozen.
