2-ingredient Gluten Free Brownies , under 50kcals each

Brownies! Super easy to make, moist, chocolatey, & under 50kcals per Brownie! So you can have like 3! Or add some fun toppings or ice cream or whatever to it ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’•

Macros per brownie w/out toppings: 49kcals- 2.6p 5.6c 1.8f 


Macros with chocolate chips – just add 1g carb and .5g fat! ๐Ÿ™‚ — obviously you can leave toppings off or pick different ones



Recipe!

1) Preheat oven to 350 and grease a square cooking pan

2) In a bowl , mix together

  • 1/2 box of gluten free brownie mix (approximately 5.8oz or 165grams mix ) — I used Paka brownie mix 
  • 1/2can of pumpkin (about 7.5oz or 210grams)
  • Mix-ins or toppings are optional- I topped mine with 2tbsp of Nestle white Chocolate chips 

3) Bake in oven for 20-30minutes (I pulled mine out at 25min because they were at the point where they solidified but still soft- I could’ve let them bake a little longer I think) 

4) Enjoy!!! Refrigerate leftovers ๐Ÿ™‚
