I finished out a 14mile run this morning & was so excited to try out the new “Cinnamon streusel donut” protein I got yesterday from Slap Nutrition. You can use any protein powder though! 🙂

Preheat & grease waffle iron or donut maker:
- 25 grams protein powder (I used slap donut flavor)
- 25grams gluten free pancake mix – I used krusteaz
- 1/4cup water
Mix and cook 2-4min until done!
While this was baking, I also made up some “Blueberry syrup”- basically I just grabbed a handful (about 1/2c) of blueberries and microwaved it for 1min!
So fluffy!!! 🙂
Along with my donuts, I had a big cup of slappuccino (coffee powder essentially) mixed with hot water and a bit of almond milk!
