Post long-run 3-ingredient 36kcal Protein Donuts/waffle with blueberry syrup

I finished out a 14mile run this morning & was so excited to try out the new “Cinnamon streusel donut” protein I got yesterday from Slap Nutrition. You can use any protein powder though! 🙂

This is my first recipe creation as a Slap athlete & and so happy These turned out so fluffy!!!

Macros per donut:

This recipe is 252kcals total (for all 7donuts) & can be used to make a waffle or pancakes (if you don’t have a donut maker – mine is a VonShef mini-donut maker I got on Amazon).

Here’s the Deets on the new powder:

And here’s the Protein Donut Recipe:

Preheat & grease waffle iron or donut maker:

Mix:

  • 25 grams protein powder (I used slap donut flavor)
  • 25grams gluten free pancake mix – I used krusteaz
  • 1egg
  • 1/4cup water

Mix and cook 2-4min until done!

Macros for all 7 donuts (or 1 waffle)

While this was baking, I also made up some “Blueberry syrup”- basically I just grabbed a handful (about 1/2c) of blueberries and microwaved it for 1min!

Then topped the donuts with it!

So fluffy!!! 🙂

Along with my donuts, I had a big cup of slappuccino (coffee powder essentially) mixed with  hot water and a bit of almond milk!

And also 2 enzymes from gains in Bulk

Hope you all have a great weekend!
