This is a 5 minute stretching routine I did after today’s run and jumprope/core workout!
- Today’s run was 9miles: with 4x1mile intervals at 6:45min/mile pace mixed in. I did OK – my last 2 intervals were at 7min/mile pace.
- After the workout I did a 10minute jumprope & upperbody workout, which will be posted to my YouTube workout channel soon
- And then a 5 minute stretch! I mixed in some peaceful music with the routine and hope you all like it! 🙂
