Low Cal & High Protein waffle

This might be my new favorite waffle!!! Super fluffy and just 216kcals! Oh, and Just 3 ingredients πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ. 34g protein, 12g carbs & 3G fat (5grams Fiber!) and Gluten Free πŸ’•

Recipe & Directions:

  • Mix together the following ingredients –

For those who don’t use food scales: 

  • 20grams of coconut flour is about 3tbsp 
  • &20grams of protein is about 3/4 of a scoop

One of the best parts of this waffle is it’s so low in carbs/fat that you can add fun toppings (like Reese’s !) on top!βœŒπŸΌπŸ’•
