I completed my 6th half marathon this morning. Not my best time, but it was my best effort given the 92% humidity and that I got a side cramp in mile 2. 🙄🤷🏼♀️. I let go of my goal time, & eased back a bit and just focused on finishing the race & not dying 😆… I took walking breaks at every water/gatorade stop (every 2miles) & think that helped a lot. So I ended with a 1:45 (8min/mile average) which I’m happy with.
Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pie protein Waffle

- For the topping, I mixed 3tbsp of PB2 with some water, Splenda, and 75g of Greek yogurt
- Then added 10 Reese’s pieces to the top! 💕👍🏼
