SnickerDoodle Cheesecake Protein Pancake

This smelled so good!!  I decided to bake this recipe in the oven this morning as I got ready, instead of doing the quick donut/waffle maker.  I am sure this would make great ‘regular-sized’ pancakes as well, but I went with one big one for simplicity. Tomorrow I will try making the smaller ones! This tasted so good that I’ll probably make them everyday this week 🙂

Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Protein Pancake Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease skillet pan 
  • mix together the following ingredients:
    • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Slap Jacks (or any other type of mix – it will change the macros and flavor though) – use Code REBEKAH for discount on Slap
    • 4tbsp egg whites
    • 4tbsp applesauce
    • 7g (approx 1 tbsp) Sugarfree Cheesecake Jello Pudding mix
    • 4tbsp water
  • Bake for approx. 15 minutes!
